Parents of children entering kindergarten or first grade in the Knox County Public School System will need the following information and documents:

• A certified copy of the child's birth certificate
• Immunization records
• The child's Social Security card
• Proof of address

Students transferring into the Knox County Public School System must bring proof of address as well as a copy of their most recent report card.
